Grown high in the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea, our Lamari is a beautifully structured washed coffee with depth, sweetness, and clarity. Smallholder farmers cultivate this organic lot in rich volcanic soil, producing a cup that is both vibrant and grounded.
We roast Lamari light to medium to protect its natural sweetness and showcase its clean, cocoa-forward character. The result is a balanced cup with layered brown sugar notes, gentle citrus lift, and a smooth, lingering finish.
This is highland coffee at its best — adventurous yet approachable.
