At Daily Rise Coffee, we believe great coffee fuels great days. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help—because promoting positive energy means taking care of our people.
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Daily Rise Coffee (online and in-store).
Coffee Returns (Fresh Roasted Coffee Policy)
Our coffee is freshly roasted in small batches and considered a perishable product. Because of this, we do not accept returns on opened coffee.
However—if something’s off, we’ll make it right.
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

Your order arrived damaged

There is a quality issue with your coffee
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a quick note.
Unopened Coffee & Retail Products
We accept returns on unopened coffee and retail items under the following conditions:

Request made within 14 days of delivery

Product is unused and in original condition

Proof of purchase is provided
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit.
Merchandise & Brewing Equipment
For mugs, apparel, and brewing gear:

Returns or exchanges accepted within 30 days

Items must be unused and in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:

Gift cards

Custom blends or private label products

Limited-release or seasonal items
Café Purchases (In-Store)
We want every drink and every bite to hit just right.
If something’s not up to standard:
