Winter is coming…so bring on the snow and coffee!

 

It is getting cooler here in Utah. The leaves are falling and crunching under our feet, snow is on the peaks, and the smell of winter is in the air. We find ourselves reflecting on how good life is here at Daily Rise. We are profoundly grateful to call this neck of the woods home. We are also thankful for YOU for being our friends, drinking our coffee, and inviting us to stick around.  We are incredibly grateful for the opportunities we have been given to be a part of this community and your lives. Thank you for letting us be a part of your family and for being part of ours.

Weber State University Football

The Wildcat season is wrapping up! We are hoping for playoffs, but either way be sure to come out and grab a cup of our Wildcat blend while cheering on for the home team!

• November 5: The Wildcats go up against the Hornets from Sacramento State!
• November 12: Root for Weber State as they take on Idaho State in our last home game!

Christmas Village 2022

Ogden City Christmas Village will light up on November 26th!  

Join in on the big day in a variety of ways!

• 4:30pm: Run with hundreds of Santas in the Annual Santa Run!
• 5:30pm: Holiday Electric Light Parade starts! You can build a float and participate, volunteer or watch with your friends. Stop by the downtown cafe for a cup o’ joe or hot cocoa to keep yourself warm!
• 6:30pm: (ish) A short ceremony in the amphitheater will be followed by fireworks and then the moment we all look forward to - the village lighting up!

A Snowboard Film Showcase: Presented by Lucky Slice & Powder Mountain

A benefit for the Weber State Snowboard Club! Slated for Tuesday, November 8th at the Monarch starting at 6:00pm, the event will showcase three short films. Admission is FREE. There will be pizza, drinks, and Daily Rise coffee/cocoa available for all. A silent auction will help the club fundraise for their upcoming year! Mark your calendars and plan to stop by to show some love and support!
