Farmers Market Ogden Special Edition

At Daily Rise Coffee we believe in the power of community and the magic of local businesses. Supporting local is more than just a feel-good act; it’s a way to strengthen our community, create jobs, and keep our city alive and well. When you buy local, you’re investing in your neighbors, your environment, and our collective future. The Market is one way we can all help sustain the unique character of Ogden - rugged and rustic in a cool, urban environment.
The Farmers Market in downtown Ogden is a treasure trove of fresh produce, live music, handmade crafts, delicious food, and friendly faces. The energy is incredible as 25th Street is transformed every Saturday into a local festival of goods and good people. To celebrate the season and show our gratitude for being a part of Ogden, we want to share with you a few of our favorite stops on a typical Saturday morning.
Volker’s Bakery: Pretty much the most perfect pairing with any one of our coffees. We recommend a Bear Claw or a savory breakfast roll. YUM.
Maddox Family Farms: Hands down some of the best beef in the west - grass fed & no antibiotics. Buy individual cuts or enough to fill the freezer!
Blue Canyon Farms: Go for the lip balms and leave with candles, bug sprays, and lemonade mixes. Seriously. If you like lavender anything, this is a MUST.
Urban Prairie Agriculture: Local, sustainable and delicious - get vinegars, honey, microgreens, eggs and more!
Whisper Ridge Buffalo: If you haven’t tried bison meat, you are MISSING OUT. Stop reading and set a reminder on your phone to stop by this Saturday.
Zach Family Farms: Beautiful, colorful fresh flower bouquets we get weekly - it’s the perfect bit of outside for the inside.
Chad’s Produce: Try the lemon spinach! Grab your basics and, in case you didn’t know, sign up to receive fresh produce all winter long.
Yoder’s Family: SOURDOUGH DONUTS. ‘Nuff said. Ok well, not quite. Their jams and jellies and salsas are also amazing.
This is just a handful of all the excellent folks you’ll find downtown sharing their goods. It’ll probably take you all summer to visit everyone. And honestly? You should. Ogden is full of great people, great businesses, and great products. Don’t let another day go by without experiencing the fullness of what it’s like to live in Ogden.
Saturday morning. The sun is inching over the Wasatch Front. The sky is blue. The weather is perfectly summer. And here at the corner of Grant and our historic 25th Street, the smell of coffee (and bread) fills the air. You’ll find us there between 8am and 1pm promoting positivity and slinging delicious brews! See you there!
