







Story of the Bean
The organic, fairtrade Arabica coffee is notably mild, rendering it extremely versatile for both single origin use and as an excellent component in blends. Peru ranks among the top five producers and exporters of Arabica coffee. The farms are typically small, with approximately 30% operating as cooperatives. Grown at high altitudes, the beans acquire a density that naturally imparts a spicy, zesty flavor to the coffee.
