Deep in the lush highlands of Aceh, Indonesia, where mist rolls through jungle-covered mountains and coffee is grown under dense forest canopy, comes one of the most distinctive coffees in the world—Sumatra Harimau Tiger.
“Harimau” means tiger in Indonesian, and this cup lives up to its name.
This is a full-bodied, low-acid coffee with a bold, grounding presence. Expect rich layers of dark cocoa, sweet tobacco, and a molasses syrupy mouthfeel, balanced by subtle notes of dried fruit and herbal sweetness. It’s the kind of coffee that slows you down—in the best way.
Grown by smallholder farmers and processed using the traditional wet-hulling (Giling Basah) method, Harimau Tiger develops its signature depth, texture, and complexity that simply can’t be replicated anywhere else.
