"DO NOT roast to order like website states. "It is difficult to do that from an Operations stand-point." Very disappointed that they advertise Roast To Order and then get old beans. I like to order my coffee when I have a little left so that by the time I run out and open the new bag, it has already de-gassed. They need to fix their website or their Operations."
