Story of the Bean
Fazenda Dutra is indeed a fascinating coffee farm! Located in the beautiful region of Matas de Minas in Brazil, it has been a family-run operation since 1950. The farm was started by José Dutra Sobrinho with just one hectare and has grown significantly over the years through sustainable practices.
The farm is renowned for its consistent quality, which is achieved through a combination of knowledge, innovation, and passion. Factors such as cultivars, growing altitude, climate, soil chemistry, and meticulous processing methods all contribute to the high quality of their coffee.
