"I became a coffee connoisseur/ activist a while ago, so I really appreciate that the bag comes switch a roast date (sub 1 week and beans need a bit of rest anyway), a flavor profile, indications of single origin, women owned etc etc. I really think it adds to my enjoyment of the coffee."
