Amy Armstrong was a trailblazer, becoming the Ogden City Fire Department's first female firefighter and later its first female Fire Captain. She was known not only for her leadership and service but also for her passion for mentoring and helping others grow.

Today, her legacy lives on through the Amy Armstrong Foundation, which provides funding for advanced education, training, and professional development opportunities for Ogden City firefighters and Weber 911 dispatchers. By investing in those who protect our community, the foundation helps ensure they have the knowledge and skills to continue serving at the highest level.
