In late summer 2005, Pete, Kym and the Roosters’ fabulous crew introduced their vibe to Layton. From geographical, philosophical and culinary perspectives, the new location is just off what locals call “Restaurant Row.” Roosters is Davis County’s first and only micro brewery and boasts what is arguably the city’s most unique menu. Now you can enjoy Daily Rise and Shine Breakfast Stout with their delicious brunch menu.

Their JAVA is made if freshly ground and brewed espresso beans from Daily Rise Coffee and creamy goats milk, organic coconut, palm, avocado and olive oils with coffee butter, Greek yogurt, colloidal oatmeal, and cruelty free tussah silk. There is also a little of the ground beans for a bit of exfoliation and scented chocolate espresso.
We tried it and we LOVED it! They are running a special: 5 silk soap bars (like the Java) for $30.
