Daily Rise Roasting Company began its journey in 2012. After operating the retail locations for almost 10 years, The Daily Rise wanted to take their brand to the next level and become a specialty coffee roaster, as well as an education setting for their customers and partners.
It all starts with our San Franciscan 25 pound batch roaster. This machine is small enough to allow us to be a small coffee micro-roaster and hand pick out any defects post-roast, yet large enough to produce upwards of 500+ pounds of fresh coffee beans per day to keep up with demand. In addition to this machine, we found we needed a place to cup, taste and evaluate our coffee. This is the reason behind our custom designed cupping bar layout allowing us to invite the public to experience and enjoy the true, yet complex dynamics surrounding the coffee bean in its purest form. The difference between Daily Rise Roasting Company and other roasters can be experienced as well as tasted.
